Marina arrived on time and immediately went to work. She covered my carpet around the sofa and chair with plastic to protect carpet. She worked diligently for hours and never stopped ! I could not believe how much lighter my furniture looked !!! I am so pleased with their work I highly recommend them to everyone!

I spilled wine on my couch and honestly thought the stain would never come out. I’ve had stains like that before, and they usually end up staying there. Kraken Cleans was able to remove it completely — you can’t even tell it was ever there.
I was also surprised by how much dust and dirt came out of the couch seeing the dirty water after the cleaning!

I’m incredibly grateful to the team at Kraken Cleanse. My sofa had developed heavy yellow stains, and I honestly thought nothing would fix it and that I would need to replace it.
I had tried cleaning it myself before, but it only made things worse. The stains became even more noticeable over time.
The team was able to remove all of the stains completely, and they even took care of the pilling on the fabric. Now the sofa looks like new again, and I’m really happy I didn’t have to replace it.

Our pricing depends on the type of furniture, size, number of seats, fabric condition, and the level of staining. We always explain the price before starting the job. Heavy stains, odor treatment, pet accidents, or large sectional couches may require an additional charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask the customer what needs to be cleaned and review photos if available. Then we provide an estimate and schedule a convenient appointment. When we arrive, we inspect the fabric, pre-treat stains, perform deep extraction cleaning, and review the final result with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We received professional upholstery cleaning training from experienced cleaners based in New York. We use professional-grade equipment and specialized cleaning solutions, and we have real customer experience cleaning upholstery, mattresses, rugs, and chairs.
