I am fairly experienced with therapy, and sometimes it takes a bit of "shopping around" before you find a good fit. Not so with TJ; my wife and I felt so lucky to find him on our first try for couples counseling! We scheduled with TJ when we were having more frequent fights, and we were looking for a a queer friendly counselor. He was extremely professional and kind, and made us feel comfortable and able to open up. He encouraged us to look deeply at and work through some of the loops we can get stuck on as a couple. His counseling sessions and reading suggestions have strengthened our bond, and we will always keep him in mind should we ever need another tune up! ;) --M + K
Marriage counseling. Felt very comfortable. Like you've known her forever. Just what you need, counseling listening understandinf without judgment or picking sides.
Jon was good in helping me and my wife work through our relationship challenges. I was grateful for the advice that he gave us. He was knowledgeable and gave good suggestions. Highly recommended for marriage counseling.
Jeremy and I were married September 29, 2012. We could not have asked for a better experiance with Pastor Rich. I have known Pastor Rich for many years but even though he knows me he made my husband extremely comfortable through the whole experiance. We had a great time through the pre marriage counciling, Rich was thoughout and made it feel okay when we had areas that we needed to work on and we even go back to those lessons still. At the actual wedding, Rich did a fantastic job during our ceremony. He made everyone laugh and gave a great sermon. I have no complaints and our wedding wouldn't have been what it was without him!
Dr. Inga A Brockington demonstrated knowledge and true professionalism as counselor, consultant, and leadership. When it came to presenting empathy for the target population that we served she was sincere and willing to apply her skills without transference. Dr. Inga A Brockington was a pleasure to work with and work for. I still value what she has taught me as a counselor working with the last, least, and lost population.
My husband and I had our first skype communication with Jen this morning. We explained that we are hoping to improve our communication skills and desire better conflict resolution skills. She was already very helpful in getting both of us to open up more and identify how differently we view various issues that arise within our marriage. I am very excited to work with Jen and love the option of in-home visits, which is ideal for our schedules. She emphasized her role as a coach rather than a therapist, which made my husband feel a lot more at ease. I am optimistic about having Jen assist us in strengthening our bond and being a happier couple over all.
I have gotten more out of my last year working with Geoff than I have in the last 20 years of seeing different therapists and coaches. He helps you gets to the root of it which enables you to make the changes necessary to move forward in life. Can not recommend highly enough.
Anya is the best! She cares so much. She shows empathy better than any counselor I have ever met. She clearly loves and is passionate about what she does. She has changed my life, and my family's lives, by giving me the right information at the right time. For the last year or so, we have been on a beautiful journey of self-acceptance together and I am so grateful to have her in my life. I wish you a healing journey of love and integration too.

I offer family and marriage counseling. In counseling, we will work together with a common-sense approach, using simple strategies to solve your relationship and communication problems. Through the years, I have found great success in counseling by the process of mediation. It is less confrontational and invasive than traditional counseling. I have had tremendous success with couples who truly commit to the process.
I am a shamanic healer, spiritual counselor, and a mirror of your light! Shamanism brings transformation at the deepest level and can help with life changes, relationships, healing, connection, and transitions. Anyone can use shamanism in their lives; for some, it is the next step to help them on their way, while for others, it becomes a life path. The practical tasks, rituals, and ceremonies that I introduce to clients are a way to bring people closer to understanding themselves help take these first steps to the practice of shamanism. Through them, you can experience shamanic awareness through all aspects of your being - not just through the understanding of the mind, but also the actions of body, inspiration of the spirit and - most importantly - the connection of the heart. I create a sacred space by calling in spirit to come and be with us as we set aside time and place for healing. The Light protects us as we work, allowing only healing, compassion, and harmonious energies to enter. My spirit helpers are my guides. I work with a team of strong, loving spirits who appear to me as animal or human. Each spirit works in a particular way and specializes in certain kinds of healing work. I look forward to working with you!
