- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a flat fee based on the job. If you can't afford the flat fee, I will work to yours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer is in charge and I will only add advice. At the end of the day, the customer needs to be satisfied, that's why they are in charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trail and error until you get to the sweet spot you are comfortable operating in.
