FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t aim to be the cheapest — we aim to be the best. Our pricing reflects the level of professionalism, quality, and care that goes into every project. At Pocono Pro Painting & Power Washing, we employ full-time, skilled painters who are paid fair, livable wages for their craftsmanship and dedication. We’re also fully insured — from our vehicles to liability and workers’ compensation — so you can have complete peace of mind when we’re working on your property. We believe in transparent, detailed proposals with no hidden fees. While we may not always be the lowest quote, our clients consistently tell us the value, quality, and reliability we deliver make all the difference. That said, we do offer seasonal promotions throughout the year — especially during the winter months — to keep our teams on a full schedule. So, it never hurts to ask about current specials when you reach out. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its work, treats your home with respect, and delivers a professional experience from start to finish, we’d love to earn your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Pocono Pro Painting & Power Washing, our process is all about clear communication, professionalism, and delivering results that exceed expectations. When a new customer reaches out, we start with a brief discovery call or estimate request to learn about your project, timeline, and goals. From there, we’ll schedule an on-site or virtual estimate where we walk through the details, explain our process, and provide a transparent written proposal with all labor, materials, and prep work included. Once approved, we’ll collect a deposit and set your start date. You’ll receive a confirmation outlining what to expect next — such as color consultations, prep or washing dates, and your assigned crew. We keep you updated at every step through text, call, or email so there are no surprises. Before starting, our crew conducts a jobsite walkthrough to confirm all details. During the project, we focus on keeping the space clean, organized, and on schedule. Once complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough together to ensure you’re 100% satisfied before collecting the final payment. Our goal is to make the experience seamless from the first call to the final cleanup — delivering quality craftsmanship and clear communication every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in the home service industry when I was 19 years old and have spent years learning every part of the trade — from exterior cleaning and pressure washing to full-scale interior and exterior painting. Over time, I built my company from the ground up with a focus on proper prep work, premium materials, and professional standards. We regularly travel for industry conventions and business training to stay up to date on new products, techniques, and best practices. Our goal is continuous improvement — to make each job more efficient, more professional, and ultimately deliver the best experience possible for our customers. Every season, our team continues hands-on training to ensure your home receives the care and craftsmanship it deserves.
