      Kelly is a writer for The Wayne Independent newspaper in Honesdale, PA. She does an excellent job writing about local events and organizations. She is also a very passionate writer, as can be seen her column "Still Waters Run Deep", where she discusses important topics like autism awareness. Whenever I meet people in the community, they always have positive things to say about Miss Waters and how she covers all local organizations and events important to the community. One organization that appreciates her work a lot is the Lake Ariel Fire Company. I've heard the members of that fire company thank her multiple times for spending the time to cover this important organization in the community. Miss Waters has also recently finished a leadership course for upcoming leaders in Wayne county. She was chosen to participate in this leadership course due to her leadership skills and community involvement with her own non-profit organization, Bowling For Autism.
