Introduction: MBI Fitness is an innovative company that focuses on mind and body integration to enhance one's overall wellness. It offers specialized services in personal training, corrective exercise, and golf performance, which are currently provided in-home, online, and in partnership with Anytime Fitness in State College, PA. At MBI Fitness, we love to connect and fully understand the clientele, so that there is nothing left to the unknown. Every potential client receives an hour long complimentary assessment as well as a free personal training session, prior to their first purchase. This ensures that the client comes before the money and every program is uniquely tailored to their goals and needs. The best part of what we do is getting to see our clients evolve mentally and physically inside and outside of the gym walls.

When I first joined MBI Fitness I was offered a free consultation. During this consultation I performed a few basic exercises for Adam to examine my body's movements. From these exercises, Adam was able to create a personalized training program for me to complete my goals. I have trained with Adam every week since then and seen steady results. Overall I am extremely happy with his service and would highly recommend MBI Fitness to anyone looking for a personal trainer in the State College area.

    Adam Goldberg received a B.S. degree in psychology from Penn State University and is currently pursuing his M.A. in counseling from Seton Hall University. Adam is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. He's also certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) in Level 1 and Level 2 Fitness. Adam's professional experience began when he worked for an elite tennis program and consulted personal training teams at prestigious country clubs. He then went on to work for two luxury fitness clubs, Motion Fitness and Equinox. He now resides in State College, PA, and has started his own health and wellness company, MBI Fitness. Through personal and professional experience in the fitness and mental health industries, he has developed a plan to fuse the two together for a more wholesome approach to self-improvement.
