- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard packages that we list on our website, although most often our customers choose to create custom packages and we are happy to create something totally custom and work with our customers to find a price that works for their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can communicate at your convenience by phone or email. Once enough information is collected I can send a quote an designs or pictures to the customer. Once a reservation is finalized, we accept easy payments through pay pal, credit or debit cards online. We make the process easy so that our customers do not have to stress about anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience in event planning and I was an art major in college. I bring a lot of passion and creativity to my work.
