Lori and her team are phenomenal! They are no pressure, offered a great selection, and really hold your hand during the process. Our project required the removal of wall to wall carpeting, existing wood floor preparation, and installation of new Bruce wood flooring. Tony was very amiable and informative on his visit prior to being awarded the job. His crew arrived as scheduled and began work immeadiately, there was no standing around. There was one unexpected finding in a portion of the existing floor that I was advised of and what alternatives were available. The job proceeded and his crew was willing to work into the night to finish, however my decision was to have them come back the next day. Again no problem, they arrived as scheduled and finished on time. Again the crew was very concerned about their quality of work and there clean up was exceptional. I would have no problem recommending Tony and associates.

We used FCI to sand and finish existing hardwood floors and install carpet and tile in our new home. Lori, Ed and Kim are great to work with and were very responsive to our questions and concerns. The installation crews were professional and hard working. I was surprised how quickly everything was able to be accomplished. I would recommend FCI to anyone looking for professional quality flooring options.

Great experience. Ed, our salesman, came out promptly and offered us good options. Kim handled scheduling that met our needs. Installation was perfect....our basement carpet is beautiful! I would definitely use FCI again. Highly recommended.

Not all flooring companies are alike in terms of quality and service in product, installation, and follow-up after the job. We don't want our customers to be hurt by these practices. So, we strive to excel in all of these areas. Keeping in mind clients come first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are obligated to travel to our head office 3 times a year to keep up with the trends in new flooring. All of our installers are certified and insured and have worked for us for many years. This is how we ensure the quality and professionalism of our work.
