Needed someone to install two deadbolts on my two doors for added security. Reached out through Thumbtack and AW Locksmith was one of the companies I was matched with. Alex was responsive to my questions and he was willing to install a deadbolt of my choice (Schlage B60N deadbolt that had been recommended by WireCutter) rather than the deadbolt that he generally installs. On the day of the install, he was on time. Even though he ran into an issue with installation of the first deadbolt (his drill bit wore off), he ran over to Lowes' and then Home Depot to get another drill bit and then took care of the second deadbolt. His rates weren't low and they were, in fact, higher than what my handyman and several other handymen had quoted me. Nonetheless, I am happy to have gone with a professional locksmith in Alex who got the job done to my satisfaction.
