Introduction: As a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, I am able to personalize a training program that helps my clients meet their individual goals. I work with people of all ages and levels, and I am acutely aware of proper form and alignment. I also like to mix things up so that my clients don't get bored with their workouts. I use circuit training, HIIT, and more traditional programming, depending on the person's skill level. I enjoy watching my clients progress as they reach their fitness goals and begin to see themselves as strong and empowered. My aim is to make each session fun and inspirational so that my clients look forward to working out in a positive environment. I also like to reward my clients for showing up, so my fee decreases by $5 with each session (minimum $40/session).

Stephanie has been absolutely amazing in getting me there through a gradual steady weight loss but with routines that test my upper body and core.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My training sessions run about 35-40 minutes each. The price for one session a week is $50. If someone wants to train twice a week, the session price goes down to $45. Three times a week would be $40/ session.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I first do an initial evaluation, which includes a short fitness test and some paperwork, as well as a brief interview to discuss goals. This evaluation is $30 and takes approximately 20-25 minutes.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a certified NASM trainer, and I have been adhering to a personal workout program since I was 14. I also take part in expanding my personal training certification with ongoing education.
