Stephanie is a really great motivator and has given me that push that I needed to work on me! She really challenges you with the workouts and keeps things interesting by changing them up after a while!!Jul 12, 2020Verified
Stephanie created a program to fit my needs and knew just how hard to push me. I was in great shape and still would be under her guidance, if I hadn’t moved from the area.Dec 11, 2019
Stephanie has been great working on many weaknesses. She’s always challenging me!Dec 7, 2019
Stephanie is a highly organized, thoughtful, and creative personal trainer. She designs exercises which meet my body needs. I lost a significant amount of weight by following her program. I would recommend her to anyone.Apr 5, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My training sessions run about 35-40 minutes each. The price for one session a week is $50. If someone wants to train twice a week, the session price goes down to $45. Three times a week would be $40/ session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first do an initial evaluation, which includes a short fitness test and some paperwork, as well as a brief interview to discuss goals. This evaluation is $30 and takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified NASM trainer, and I have been adhering to a personal workout program since I was 14. I also take part in expanding my personal training certification with ongoing education.
