- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $40/session with discounts when you book 10, 15, and 20 session packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always sit down and level with potential new clients to discuss their needs and what they want from me. Then, I will explain to them how I will push them to achieve their goals and write a program to encompass the whole process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Masters of Science in Exercise Science, am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and am CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross.
