- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size, condition, and scope of the job. Quotes are all in and provided upfront. There are no surprise fees or mid job price changes. Discounts may be available for repeat service or bundled cleanings, but we do not compete on lowest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we confirm the scope of work and timeline. Then we provide a clear all in price. Once scheduled, the job is completed using a documented checklist and followed by a final quality review. No surprises and no mid job price changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training is based on standardized cleaning checklists, product safety, and process control rather than guesswork. Every job follows the same documented system so results are consistent regardless of the property or cleaner.
