We are a general contractor specializing in home remodels, additions, decks, concrete walk ways and patios, all types of masonry and chimneys, basement waterproofing and foundation repair, siding installation and roofing. We are located in Hanover Twp PA. We have been in business 31 years and we are licensed and insured in Pennsylvania. We are a customer focused organization that provides quality work at an affordable price. We take pride in the work we do and treat our clients projects as if they were our own.

Remodeled our basement framed installed drywall and flooring. We couldn’t be happier. Very responsive showed up when they said they would and we’re always available to answer any questions we had. They did a very solid job as our basement was very old. They fully converted it into a nice living area to entertain.

Some confusion but sub contractor did great job after having to rework layout and because of damage he had to get more supplies. ( understandable and was very kind not charging me alot for pick of supplies and extra time) Harry h. Did the work had it all done 2 days .. the unusual thing that brought me to 4 star rating is no spoken words that debris from old porch was not included to be removed . If you tear down entire porch by and large the construction co comes with small dump . Like electrician needs to clean up after he adds or works on wires not drop on floor or any other hired company tear down and replace is taken as they tear down and remove debris Prior work I had to hire construction business thats a no Brainer. Unless really small time basic handy man type and than discussed. Harry did take a fair amount in his personal truck but I had to break down and get disposal service there after . As for quote and having it done in time frame that was qreat . About the same price as other quotes other than they included debris removal .. nice to speak with. And seemingly offered best price seeing it was fair amount to remove and rebuild and do in short time frame .. has good subcontractors that do jobs
