- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is based on size and distance of move. We always invite potential clients to do an onsite estimate.Not only does this allow us to identity potential problems but all people don't have the same amount or type of possessions and we may be able to lower costs based on this.Doing so allows us to ensure we have the proper crew and equipment for your job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a quote is sent.I invite all potential customers to ask questions or address any concerns.I also offer to do an onsite estimate. I do like to touch base in person as sometimes the written request is not sufficient.Everyone's needs and situations are different. The better client and mover work together the better moving day goes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The most important thing is having a good process in place.That creates a safe,efficient move.
