Enes was great! He was able to come right over and review my needs to help fix my dishwasher. He was friendly, punctual and quickly repaired my appliance. The best part, 1 week after the repairs were complete, he called to check in, to make sure things were still to my satisfaction. You do not see that anymore, just great service and a great customer experience. I would highly recommend Enes and Rapid Design!!

I give Enis all five. He answered my prayers. He went way out of his way for me, going to the store to buy what I needed, to leave me with the completed repairs needed. I called him on a Saturday and arrived on Sunday at 12 noon. I was very impressed. I'm not that techy online. His online charges were charged twice because I did try twice to make contact. He expressed he will not be compensated and will not bill me for the second request. I asked him for his business cards to recommend him and to be able to reach out to him if needed again. I was so relieved when he repaired my washing machine, and when he gave me the amount of my bill, I was so impressed how generous and affordable he was with me. It had been a stressful month before getting I called for service. Everyone was telling me not to call for repairs. Just get another washer, and it will be cheaper. I struggled for over a month or so to make a decision. I took the chance, I am very happy everyone was wrong! Lol, it cost much less than I anticipated. I spent so much money going to the laundromat for more than a month. I am very thankful he was the repair person I got. Thank you again, Enis, for your wonderful service and your affordable cost. 🙃🙂

Prompt and efficient. Very polite and professional. He easily diagnosed and repaired my dryer. He had to order a part and was in good communication when it arrived and scheduled to come back quickly. I plan on hiring him for another project within 1-2 weeks.I highly recommend him.
