Upon our return from vacation we discovered our dishwasher had taken a vacation of its own. It would start but was not drawing water. In my 2nd use of Thumbtack I contacted Rapid Design and received a response almost immediately. Enes arrived as promised, within 48hrs, and I observed his troubleshooting method first had. He methodically ruled out each potential cause from simplist to most complex and unfortunately determined the most likely cause was the control board. He ordered and secured the part trying just days later. Before installing he attempted one more, less expensive rule out and it worked! He returned the control board and adjusted the estimate down for the less expensive part. I appreciated his responsiveness, his methodical approach to troubleshooting and the care he took in his work. I would definitely recommend Enes and Rapid Design for appliance repair.

Excellent service! Our Maytag dryer needed to be repaired, and the Maytag service team had a 2-3 week lead time, and inflexible hours. Rapid Design responded to my request in less than 2 hours of me reaching out on Thumbtack. The very next day they were out to start the repair. It did involve a part being ordered, which they ordered immediately and returned to install. In less than 48 hours everything was working excellently. I highly recommend, great work, flexible appointment time and punctual!

It was a joy and a pleasure to have Enes complete our projects. I initially hired him to fix for one job which turned into two!!😂🤣 He fixed my washer and installed my ceiling fan. He has great customer service. Completed all jobs in a timely fashion. We couldn't have been happier with his work and will keep in touch for future projects.

Enes was extremely prompt in responding to the initial request and in securing the necessary parts and fixing the dishwasher. He's very knowledgeable on many areas not only appliance repair. He's friendly/personable and easy to have working in the house. This was a smaller job but I know he can handle managing a large project/remodel of a house.
