- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price each job as reasonably as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself then do a walk through of the house to see what needs to be done. Each time I come to your house I will ask if there's anything special you would like done on that visit. I start upstairs in the Master bathroom and work my way to the front door.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this type of work because being a single Mom it gives me the flexibility I need to care for my daughter and also make a living. I also enjoy being around people and working in an office just isn't for me.
