FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing by time spent on the table vs. time spent in the office. If you book a 60 minute session, plan on being with us for 90 minutes. This gives you as a client a complete experience, and allows us as therapists time to speak with you and understand what goals we need to accomplish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take extra time with a new client to get to know them, their history and reasons for seeking out massage. Since my style is unique, I also like to allow time to explain what is different with my meridian massage. This extra time allows to jointly come up with a plan on achieving your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained as a physician in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Cardiology, Radiology and general medicine when I lived in China. This training , in particular chinese medicine treats the body as a whole, so massage therapy is part of that training. I have also trained here with the Baltimore School of Massage, and am licensed as a massage therapist in Pennsylvania.
