- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Triple R Roofing prices everything based on the material and labor involved. We will never give price solely on the square footage as we make sure that you get the best value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak with the customer prior to our meeting to get an idea of what work you are looking for. Once we setup an appointment in person we will do a thorough evaluation of the exterior and from there discuss options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience work on roofs and attend national conferences on a annual basis to keep up the most current trends. We are licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. We are apart of the York Builder's Association and also the National Roofing Contractors Association. We are also Certified 5 Star Roof Maxx Dealers.
