Fees do not include any required parts only labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't have a typical process as every customer has different needs but I treat them all with the respect I would expect to receive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Microsoft Certified Professional and I am also an Apple Certified Technician.
