We have been at this location since 1972. We handle factory-authorized LG and Toshiba TV sales and services. We service and repair almost all brands of TVs. We are a factory-authorized service center for LG, Toshiba, Funai, JVC and others. We provide prompt services, reasonable rates, and expert TV repairs and services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. We are serving York, PA and surrounding area, although many customers travel to our location from Maryland. We offer an estimate before repairing the TV, with an honest, no-bull opinion as to the condition of the TV, and if it is going to be worth repairing. If the TV is worth fixing, we feel that it must be fixed right!

Definitely worth taking our flat screen to have repaired as it was way less than buying a new tv and they also sell replacements for cords etc (we neeeded a longer soundbox cord to hide behind the wall) Nice to give business to a local, mom and pop shop!

I took in a sharp 46 inch TV that I bought in 2006. He charged me a very reasonable fee for him to check it out to see what the issue was. He came back to me and said it would be over $400 just to fix this TV and it's not worth fixing. But he gave me the option to fix it. He was very nice gentleman very honest very professional very reasonable and I will go to him for other electronic fixes.

In a throwaway age, its rare to find real professionals who still want to repair a TV. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU USE DOHM TV. They are honest and fair.

We charge a minimum service charge to check a TV $24.95. For that we will diagnose the TV and call with an estimated cost to repair the TV
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Nothing different than any customer. We have been here for a fairly long time and do our best to complete the repairs in a way that will last or not fix the item at all ( if not economically repairable )
