My price for troubleshooting is $40.00 for the first hour and $ 30.00 for each additional hour plus material
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First a nice introduction( good morning mrs Johnson, my name is Curtis Foster and I am the electrician you spoke to on the phone, how are you doing today?) and then a thorough explanation of the work to be done so that the customer is comfortable in my company. allow the customer to invite you into their house, never invite yourself into someone's house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In high school I attended a voc.Tech. After I graduated, I entered into the I B E W local # 24 union where I completed my apprenticeship.
