- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately each house is different. I determine pricing using the following metrics - Size of home - Pets Vs. No pets - How much furniture you have - When was the last time youve obtained a professional cleaning - Wether its a post construction cleaning or not - and a few other determining factors
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With my years of experience, Ive learned that each client is different and require unique attention to their specific needs. Ideally, I like to schedule a free walkthrough estimate in order to provide clients with the opportunity to get to know me, ask questions and then asses specific home cleaning needs. I then provide clients with an accurate estimate and schedule cleaning options. Things to know in regards to cleaning day - Client must provide access to the home ahead of time. This can be as simple as leaving the key somewhere or being at the home to open the door. Either way would work just know that I require a one hour window for arrival. - Payments can be done in cash or with a check. The only thing I ask is for payment to be resolved upon arrival. - I take pride in what I do, cleaning will then be done with excellence and integrity. I don't cut corners and I am for 100% satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business and I am a license practical nurse with experience in the home care field. After almost 15 years of working in the industry I decided to start my own business an offer clients the same dedication to excellence Ive offer all my past clients in the past. I understand sanitation, cleanliness and most of all home care client services.
