FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always offer a complementary meet and greet with any new dog walking or pet sitting customer (there is a charge for private dog training evaluations.) Every pet has a unique set of needs so we like to meet with you to go over your pet's routines and habits. This way we can offer you the best service possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with animals in some capacity all of my life. In 2007 I started volunteering working with the animals at The Providence Animal Rescue League. After 5 years of pet sitting and dog walking, I went to school and received my certificate in 2012 for Canine Training and Behavior from Mt. Ida College in Newton, MA.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are a lot of non professionals out there. Make sure whoever you hire has insurance, a background check, solid transportation, several references, and most importantly experience with and a love for animals.
