My house had a carpenter ant situation that was getting ridiculous. These ants weren’t visiting. They moved in, got comfortable, and started acting like they were paying rent. Within five minutes of walking around the property, he found the source: a tree near the house. He checked with the downstairs tenants, found multiple entry points, and immediately explained that an older house with firewood stored inside was basically a five-star resort for carpenter ants. The attention to detail was what really impressed me. He treated the tree, the outside areas, the garage, and the massive wood pile like he was running a full eviction operation. Every crevice, every gap, every little wood-chip-looking hiding spot got handled. I went on vacation, came back a week later, and it was quiet. No ants in the house. No activity on the tree. Nothing. Like the ants got the message, broke the lease, and left town. Highly recommend them for any pest control issue. He’s really knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely hire him again
