The team was great and I really enjoyed their service! Prompt and responsive communication, super professional, efficient and detailed work, great value - kind of a bummer thumbtack only lets me pick three highlights in my review. My new condo has lots of carpets and the previous owner had a big dog. The carpets looked clean but I wanted to be sure. The team worked so fast and then walked me through after and pointed out where some hidden pet stains were. I will definitely be using them again!

What a great service and affordable. First stop came to clean all outlet carpets, rugs, mattresses and couches with specialized equipment. All in one day. Friendly and efficient. 5 stars!

I had never used a cleaning service before, but reached out to First Stop and received a reply within a few hours. They were able to come the next day to clean my common areas and bathrooms. They did a great job and were very quick and gave me a walk through after. I plan on using them again as being a full time working mom of 3 makes it tough to keep up!! Thank you!! 😊
