I go into different places to see how they do things, tips on what I could do different, try to keep up on new drinks and create new drinks.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being around people, I started in a fine dining restaurant as a busser and then became a cocktail waitress then a waitress then a bartender. I loved the money! Also I enjoyed the people I met and the friends I made.
