What happened to Kingston Pizza?! My niece and I love to stop in for a slice or two. And ordering delivery had always been great. But, this last time the crust was super SALTY! The sauce was very sweet and painfully heavy on the oregano. Training new staff? Under new management? We are SO SAD to lose our favorite pizza place. :(

I am a Newport/Middletown Native, and now I live in Lincoln, RI. While Kingston has always been a favorite for me, I'm in town tonight I ordered and I am truly disappointed. The potato skins which used to be thick circular potatoes were flat and half the size, and the pizza had half the ingredients (as Kingston always proved good for the toppings). I did call the restaurant and received an apology and told nothing could be done ($40 order). While I always gave 5 stars and recommend them frequently, after tonight I doubt I will ever order or recommend Kingston Pizza again...not the experience I am used to as I was really looking forward to being in Newport and having Kingston again.

The grilled chicken sub I got was made from frozen chopped cutlet, not grilled chicken breast. It was haphazardly thrown together and took almost a half hour to make. Me and my boss were the only 2 there. The place also needs a good cleaning. The definitely need to clean the place from top to bottom.
