I've been enjoying food that Christopher prepares for many years. He can make all the things that I like to eat and more. I recently had a dinner party and hired him as my personal chef. All the guests at the table were real foodies and loved the dishes he prepared that evening. I've also attended group cooking classes he has given in the past and have taken private one-on-one classes to learn specific kitchen skills and recipes I now make on my own. I surprised my husband with a cooking class for his birthday. We made it a family activity with the two of us and our 2 children. Claudia is very personable. She was very good with teaching adults and children simultaneously. She taught about different herbs, knife skills and other tid bits! We made delicious shrimp scampi and my husband and children loved it! Claudia is great!!
Chef arrived early to set up his tools of the trade and presented guests with a delicious charcuterie board. Out in-home cooking class was great fun and introduced techniques and flavors for all!
Very dedicated and very talented pastry chef. She made cake and cup cakes for a company party I had. She was very punctual and it was everything I imagined it would be plus more. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
Creighton catered my 30 person wedding in the mountains of Colorado. Yes, he flew out west, he researched where to find top quality foods here, and then prepared a nonstop flow of gorgeous and tasty foods that were gobbled up before he could describe the dishes. We gave him some ideas of what we thought we might want, and then he just ran with it. He did all of this in a subpar equipped kitchen. The man is a magician with food. He's creative. He's talented. He's even fun to have around :)

Brian hosted a supper club meal, and everything was amazingly delicious. The food kept coming, from appetizers to main courses to dessert. It was all amazing! There were a lot of people and he seemed calm and collected throughout. I would hire Brian for any event in a minute.
Chef Jenn demonstrated a level of versatility and professionalism that can't be matched when she held a Thai cooking class for my bachelorette. With last minute notice and requests we were sure we would have had to compromise on she came through with exactly what we wanted. To top it off she did so quickly, and more flexibly than we could have ever asked for! She was knowledgeable, fun, and she fit right in with my crazy group of girlfriends making for an amazing night! I have used her tips and tricks frequently in my own kitchen and have used her recipes multiple times in my home and they are always a hit! Highly recommended!
