I source ingredients locally whenever possible, working with butchers, seafood markets, and local farmers to build menus around what’s freshest and in season. Every experience is customized, and I handle the planning, sourcing, cooking, and execution so you can relax and enjoy the process.
In addition to private events, I offer seasonal meal prep during non-peak months, allowing me to focus on thoughtful menus and consistent quality for ongoing clients, while reserving peak event seasons for on-site experiences.
To elevate the experience even further, I also provide complimentary table settings and printed menus, adding a polished, restaurant-inspired touch to your event.
