Andrew did a superb job with the prep/ demo work for our basement to play room conversion. We needed the floor leveled and existing old tiles removed in order to put our new laminate flooring down. He was knowledgeable and informative about the products used and explained how to upkeep for the area long term. Fast, efficient, and professional. Will hire for future projects. Highly recommend!

I hired Andrew, the owner and operator of nomad designs to take out a roughly 30 year-old rug and replace it with some good quality thick laminate flooring from start to finish. Everything was professionally done from re-leveling the cement slab to the baseboard replacement. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, Great pricing as well. I will be using him in all future renovations, great quality, timing and ethnic.
