I have recently completed series of jobs for a couple trying to sell their home. I worked with them for two weeks and accomplished everything on their list, plus a few other jobs not on the initial list.

Interview your repair or home improvement professional. Ask for references and pictures of the work they have done. Any one in this business with any success will have both items ready and available.
