FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know new customers on a personal level so as to have a greater insight into what might suit their event. I want to know as much as I can about their vision for their event and how involved they want to be in the whole process. It's important to me that we connect in a real way that will make working together a pleasant experience for everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I believe the best education is learning by doing. Creativity isn't a science that you can cram in a classroom; it's an art that you feel and imagine in your mind's eye. I have taken some local classes around my city, and I'm always looking to online sources, such as YouTube and Pinterest, for inspiration, but the majority of my work comes from inside.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with the best customers out there, but I might be a little biased! Every one of my customers have been like family to me the way we worked together and communicated with each other. All of the customers I've worked with so far have been very hands on in their involvement in the planning. Each event has been a labor of love for both the customer and myself.
