Using fresh ingredients and unique and creative décor, we will shape the market using our style and flavor. Our clients don’t just attend our events, they experience them. One More Bite Catering & Events is a boutique full service caterer. This means we can manage your whole event, including décor, floral, music etc. We will work with you from the very beginning to make your event exactly what you want it to be. Our goal is to give you the most amazing experience and event possible without the stress of party planning. We do not drop off food for event with more than 20 people, and we do not do events for more than 50 people if you only give us 1 month notice. Please understand that if your venue does not have a kitchen, we will have to bring one with us, at your expense. Gratuity is NOT included unless you are hosting a corporate event.

I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with Zoe! Not only was the food amazing, she helped and advised me on items to pick for the menu that would be perfect for our group and made everything gluten free! The food was incredible and the portions were very generous! We had leftovers and were able to enjoy it for 2 more meals! They were very professional, packaged everything up for us and left the kitchen cleaner than when they came! Highly recommend and their menu is diverse, sure to please everyone!

Zoey and her staff were amazing! My husband and I had to replan our wedding in 3 weeks and when I reached out to Zoey she was on top of everything we needed! The entire staff was super friendly and made sure the night went smoothly. I couldn’t recommend Zoey and One More Bite enough!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Prices will be on a per customer, per event basis. We do have a "rush order" fee. For weddings and private events between 25-75 people, there is a $500.00 rush charge if services are requested and contracted (1) month or less before the event date. For weddings and private events over 75 people, there is a $1000.00 rush charge if services are requested and contracted (1) month or less before the event date. For weddings and private events under 25 people, there is a $200.00 rush charge if services are requested and contracted (1) month or less before the date of the event. If services are requested and contracted (1) week or less before the event date, a rush charge of $500.00 will be added to the total.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I need to know what the client wants. I will ask a series of questions in order to determine what the best course of action. I will also need to know allergies, dietary restrictions and anything else along that vein. The next step is determining what other services may be necessary. I will work up a proposal and send it. Once the client has accepted the proposal, a contract and invoice will be sent with all relevant information.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and I have worked as a private chef for 5 years and in catering for 3 years. I have the ServSafe Food Manager certification as well as all relevant allergy certifications.
