- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since office buildings are so different from each other, we ask potential clients to schedule a 10-20 minute walk through so we can collect all the necessary information for an accurate quote. Following the meeting, we submit a proposal to the client withing 48 hours.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our company has years of experience providing our services to facilities such as: federal buildings (Amtrak), boats (NY Waterway), gyms, restaurants, retail stores (Puma, Alex and Ani, Wallgreens, CVS, Michael Kors), medical offices, sport clubs, public schools, child care places and many more.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. Are you bonded and insured? Yes, all of our employees are insured and Life Maid Simple is both licensed and bonded. 2. What type of products do you use? We use green cleaning products, which are as effective (if not more) as chemical cleaners. We also have options to meet your needs when it comes to sanitizing and disinfecting. We are also open to using specialty cleaning solutions. 3. What supplies will I need to provide, as a client? We bring all cleaning equipment, including cleaning solutions, dusting tools and vacuums. All we need from you is “re-stock”, like trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, etc. 4. Should I be concerned about privacy and sensitive information? We screen all employees before hiring with a thorough background check. After becoming employed by Life Maid Simple, each cleaner faces extensive training by a supervisor on workplace etiquette and privacy for approximately 1 month prior to being permitted to enter a job site without supervision. 5. How can I get an accurate estimate of cost-of-cleaning? We can schedule an in-person walk-through of your business, where you can thoroughly explain what your expectations are and the products you would like to be used. After the walk-through, you will receive our offer via email.
