I hired Avanti through Thumbtack to help me with some laptop issues that were preventing Windows from updating. I have more than basic knowledge of Windows, so at this point I required help that went above and beyond your run-of-the-mill computer tune-up.
Avanti provided service and support above and beyond my needs and expectations. Jim is professional, knowledgeable and a trustworthy service provider. Avanti provides comprehensive service; not only addressing the issue youre having at that moment, but educating to prevent issues in the future. Avanti worked around my busy schedule and drove to my house (perhaps a 30 minute drive) for convenience.
I cant say enough good things about my service experience with Avanti. I sat with Jim while he serviced my laptop and was able to learn a LOT. After hiring Avanti, I am in a position to stay ahead of problems and prevent issues from occurring in the future. If I do require professional help with my computers in the future, I will be contacting Avanti.

Mr. Miletta is very punctual ( a big plus in my book), listens to you, and is tolerant of ignorance. He really did a good job on cleaning up my computer and provided me with steps to keep malware from creeping in. I would definitely recommend him to anybody.
