If I could rate it lower, I would. I booked a shoot for the 22nd of Novemeber, after rescheduling on me, the photographer had an issue the day of the shoot and did not show up. The communication was horrible. I pid 50% of the estimated cost and to this day they refuse to respond on how I can get that money back since I never received the service. It is now March 30th and they've made no effort to accommodate after standing me up on the day of my shoot. Absolutely horrible.
