John and Nick were absolutely EPIC! This was the first time we ever used thumb tack so I wasn't sure what to expect but they did a fantastic job installing the lattice exactly the way we asked. Their attention to detail was impressive, they were meticulous in making sure everything was straight and perfectly aligned. They even encountered unexpected underground ledge that complicated the project, but they handled it like pros and got the job done beautifully. On top of that, they were super responsive and finished the project much faster than we expected. Huge thanks to both of them! We would absolutely use them in the future!
