In meeting Martel for the first time at my home to understand the size of my home and my needs for a first time clean it was as a visual with my home. With me I needed to have a conversation with me to understand my stage -2- concussion disorder( brain trama) which has many side effects to deal with. plus major surgery on my right Shoulder muscles and tendons-needed to be replaced 3/25-to ssemy hometown understand the lay out of my home. & where I needed to start first. In stages. I requested to focus on the first floor and wash the stairs. Martel andRonny did a deep clean they call it. We have more to accomplish. What they produced for me in the end result was -5- gold stars. Martel advised me she was a CNA or is. She totally understands my disabilities right now with brain, speech, fatigue, walking and stimulation to add a few to the side effects of the brain trauma. My PT stated house work is the worst thing for me right now. That gardening & paperwork is better. I am the type of woman that wants to stay with the same person in doing ANY type of business. Therefore I request Martel to come back as I need her with Ronny if he is available. I have been searching for -3- months and just getting promises no action. I would like areas to be organized that is my next project. Once she feels the first floor is under control we move to another level of the home or room. The above is what I would like to state. The rugs can wait until the beginning of September. Would like to focus on cleaning and organizing at this juncture. Thanks so much for reaching out to me in my time of need. I have gotten the wrong end of the stick for -25- years with my health. It is time for an upswing in my life in many areas. Yours Truly Annie B.... I had never used a cleaning service before, but reached out to First Stop and received a reply within a few hours. They were able to come the next day to clean my common areas and bathrooms. They did a great job and were very quick and gave me a walk through after. I plan on using them again as being a full time working mom of 3 makes it tough to keep up!! Thank you!! 😊
