Rebecca did a great job cleaning our 2bd apartment when we needed to book a professional last minute. She was continually accommodating to our changing schedule and was very pleasant to work with. She did a fantastic job getting the place clean so I will certainly be reaching out again.

The initial contact with Mea was great. She was very friendly and had great communication skills; she even sent notice of her estimated time of arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The cleaning service itself was good, but some spots such as the soap niche and other parts of the bathroom were missed. However, this was not a big issue. The major problem arose when we noticed that our steel sinks had started to develop "shadow" looking stains. I reported the issue with photos, but unfortunately, Mea did not offer any help or even an apology. She just advised me to buy a steel polisher for the sinks, which I did, but it did not fix the problem. Whatever cleaning supply she used or the material she cleaned the sinks with, it ended up causing damage to them. Additionally, the final charge was higher than the estimated price, and since I was not on-site during the cleaning, my wife paid it without questioning. However, we felt that $300 for a 4-hour cleaning service was too expensive. Overall, the cleaning service was decent, but the issues with the steel sinks and the unexpected price increase left us feeling dissatisfied.
