I provide life coaching and guidance to those who are willing to be open to the process. I have life experience dealing with mental illness, addiction, trauma, lack of focus, and recovery. We will take a holistic approach, as overall wellness is mind, body, and spirit, and pours into your daily life, habits, and relationships. We will incorporate nutrition, movement, shadow integration, detoxification, the Sun, all of the above, or some of the above. I am here not only to listen, but to light the way. I also offer personal training. I have run 13 marathons, 2 Bostons, 20 half marathons, one ultramarathon, am a yoga practitioner, and train muay thai.
