- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on an hourly rate, depending on the number of movers requested. Also, there is a fixed travel fee depending on the pickup location. Please note: THREE movers are required for third floor moves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving your request, we will send you a quote based on the information you provide. Once you've seen our quote, you should reply with a message, or we will contact you (if you have provided a phone number). We'll discuss the details of your request, ask for some basic information and go over any questions or concerns you may have. Once were on the same page, click "Hired". You'll then be ready to relax..while H-Movers handles your move! Please note: We do NOT ask for a deposit. Also, safety is a huge priority; therefore, we do not hoist any items, under any circumstances.

Approximately ten years of moving experience.
