Alito is a really great trainer! I’m a beginner at the gym and I’ve been learning a lot. I’ve also seen him work with more advanced weightlifters and they seem to get a lot out of their sessions too.

I am happy with the decision to work with Elite fitness, when I started my training I had a sprain knee, torn ligament in my shoulder and one fully functional lung. Since I started training, I had no problem or complain with any of them. I enjoy seeing the results, changes in my body and weight loss. He challenges me and checks in weekly to see if things are going in the right direction.

Alito is an excellent trainer. I enjoy my weekly workouts with him. Not only introducing occasional new exercises but making sure I get the form down and keeps me moving and has increased my strength and flexibility. I highly recommend him. He understands how to work with Individuals over 50.
