Because i have a passion for helping people reach there health and fitness goals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do weight loss losing weight and getting into shape. I also do weight gain and putting on muscle and gaining strength. Also if a client would like to learn boxing i also do boxing classes.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I helped a Army guy reach a new personal best in the mile and the pushups and situps and other exercises for the army fit test.
