Ever since i started training with rocky i been feeling great and happy he motivated and keep you going and if it wasnt for him i wouldnt be so persistant in what i do now and i love it makes me stronger and i can experiance who i really am inside......Thank you rocky for everything

Rocky is a great mentor and a coach , He is also a great motivator and he makes sure that you reach your goals and adjust to your liking. So far I've been training doing boxing with him for about 2 weeks now and I feel way better! Let's lazy and more motivated to start the next day of a 5 day a week training session!

From the beginning to the end Rocky did a great job from timing me to teaching me to pace myself so I wouldn't hurt myself. Coming from a smoker and a very out of shape person he was caring and very down to earth. He did not push me any harder then I could go and like he said to me, that really cheered me up. "As long as you are doing your very best then it's good enough for me."

    Because i have a passion for helping people reach there health and fitness goals.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I do weight loss losing weight and getting into shape. I also do weight gain and putting on muscle and gaining strength. Also if a client would like to learn boxing i also do boxing classes.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I helped a Army guy reach a new personal best in the mile and the pushups and situps and other exercises for the army fit test.
