STRETCH CLASS $10 per person for 45 minutes PERSONAL TRAINING Package 1: $160 per month 2 private sessions per week. 30 minutes duration each session. BENEFITS: 15 easy delicious recipes. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?One-on-One training: 1.We begin with an assessment (free of charge). The goals of the client determine the assessment needed. 2.We will meet at a designated time for the session. On the first session, a minimum of half payment is due for package purchased. •I will have the client perform exercises, stretches and movements to help them reach their goals in fitness. •Create a workout plan for the client to do on their own, to help reach their goals. •Provide reason for the exercises I have my client perform so they have a good understanding of why and what they are doing. •Keep a portfolio of the clients progression through out their journey with, measurements, pictures and of their goals. 3. The client will receive an email with basic nutrition facts: how to count calories, good nutritional tips, snack and meal ideas, etc. 4. If the client has any questions or concerns, they can call or text me between 8am to 8pm everyday. I will get back to them as soon as possible.
