Introduction: My name is Julio, I am a certified personal trainer through NASM. My passions are exercise, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, cycling, and cooking. My mission is to enlighten people with healthy lifestyle changes and help my clients reach their goals. I work with the normal population with weight loss and strength training. I work with athletes and martial artist with injury prevention and functional movements. Consultations are free. They consist of a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), fitness assessment that is relevant to your goals, functional mobility assessment and a body fat composition test.

Working with Julio has been great, he has introduced me to different exercises and explains which part of the body is supposed to be activated when doing them. Also he explains the diet part of the journey. I highly recommend him if your looking for the healthiest and safest way to reach your goal.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing Sheet  8 one hour sessions per month (2 sessions per week) $320 per month ($40 per session) At home training are the same prices, with a transportation flat fee of $100 12 one hour sessions per month (3 sessions per week) $420 per month ($35 per session). Virtual training $200 per month ALL TRAINING INCLUDES a personal profile on the Trainerize app & meal guide and nutrition packet.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    One-on-One training: 1.We begin with an assessment (free of charge). The goals of the client determine the assessment needed. 2.We will meet at a designated time for the session. On the first session, a minimum of half payment is due for package purchased. •I will have the client perform exercises, stretches and movements to help them reach their goals in fitness. •Create a workout plan for the client to do on their own, to help reach their goals. •Provide reason for the exercises I have my client perform so they have a good understanding of why and what they are doing. •Keep a portfolio of the clients progression through out their journey with, measurements, pictures and of their goals. 3. The client will receive an email with basic nutrition facts: how to count calories, good nutritional tips, snack and meal ideas, etc. 4. If the client has any questions or concerns, they can call or text me between 8am to 8pm everyday. I will get back to them as soon as possible.
