Super responsive about scheduling and everything. Unfortunately there was a some miscommunications with what had to get done. M&L showed up to complete my project of installing a keyless entree and a deadbolt and completed the keyless entry only. Made new appointments to get the deadbolt done they had to reschedule to a later date. When I confirmed with them the morning of the new date they said they were coming but never did, and didn’t reach out to reschedule again and didn’t return my message about rescheduling. Seemed like nice guys, they may have just gotten really busy!

I would say he is very professional, values me as a customer, and values my request. He made sure to have a checklist with all my needs, he went over everything he was going to do, and made sure to check off all of what he did. I liked how he was responsive as well when I had questions and assertive.

They came to repair my chimney and flashing due to a leak. After the first heavy rain the leak continued same as before. I contacted them frequently to return and check on the work and identify the issue. I took off work at the agreed times but they were a no-show, twice. I haven't received any other responses or definitive communications. I had to contact another company to possibly have the same work done again. Expect prompt responses to get the job, no responses once it's done.
