- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We really need to see the job to give accurate pricing. There are many variables that can change the scope of a job. Seeing the job makes the pricing more fair for you because we know exactly what we are getting into.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what it is they are looking for, look at and estimate the job. We explain our process and what a customer can expect. If customer is agreeable, we schedule and show up on time to get the job done! We make sure the customer is happy with the work before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified in pressure washing/soft washing/roof washing through Doug Rucker online Cleaner University. Our main field tech is also OSHA certified.
