In this hour, the player will be in for intense, high repetition training. Unlike large group training, we focus in on the individual player alone and their personal needs. You will see an improvement in the player’s foot skills, tactical knowledge, and the ability to be comfortable with the ball at their feet. Players will leave with multiple exercises that they may practice at home to further their growth.
