Metro Create captured my attention immediatley with their speed and professionalism once they reached out for a chance at the job, also the outline of pricing and how they intended to complete the job. The job was a simple logo, but the catch was I wanted it done within my preconceived thoughts and with my direction, the project was not ever cost prohibitive and MetroCreate Studios knew that but never once altered their original pricing, even though I had multiple holdups and changes due to corporate branding struggles with a product line I carry. I had the pleasure of working with Eric. Eric then took my ideas and my comparison photos and designed a logo on the first try without any other input from me other than the original discussion. There was no second edits or tweaks the first shot was what I was going for, that impressed me, greatly. Since the original interaction I have since met Eric in person and am going ahead with web designs, Facebook, business cards, and line cards. I have also contracted him to design a logo for a close friend of mine who is just starting a new business himself. His attention to detail, note taking and after conversation follow ups are some of the best I have ever had, within any field. Eric is a rarity, in a world of poor designers who take little interest in a project that may take longer than others, or who churn out sub par designs at a premium just to move on to the next project. If you are contemplating using MetroCreate and Eric and have read this entire review know this you will be contacted by numerous "designers" most with shut down websites, broken portfolio links, some with plagerized artwork who will tell you that the up front cost will vary due to numerous conditions. Eric gave an extremely fair price, worked hard to understand what I was looking for and turned out a logo I am proud to associate my company with. He will be doing everything for me for the foreseeable future due to the professional relationship we have going. You will not be disappointed in his work, attitude or sense of urgency. Service was A+. Cynthia and her Assistant moved 2 heavy pieces of furniture for me. Then, they hung drapery brackets, rods, and curtains. They secured 3 very heavy mirrors to the walls in different rooms using a "stud finder." They hung up all my Art using a special velcro-type item guaranteed to NOT damage paint, Art or wall. They even trimmed the rug pad that was too large for the rug! Best of all, they were roughly half the price of the other 2 bids I received via Thumbtack!! I will be recommending Nimble Conciege to everyone I know needing a handyman, furniture mover, unpacking help, or decorating assistance.
