- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I rent studio space at my studio by the hour. The pricing includes the cost to rent the space. If you would rather I come to you, I can do that as well and the pricing will reflect that change. Cost is $100 per hour, for the hour plus studio rental. It is $75 per hour for me to come to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly doing continuing educational classes to keep up on new developments in my field. I take classes all the time and read the Yoga Journal. I am also an avid reader of spirituality books, so I have a lot of knowledge about the common practices to bring us closer to our authentic selves.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a runner by nature and spent all of my high school and early college years playing soccer and running. I got into the practice of yoga to help with my strength and flexibility. I stayed in the practice for the last 14 years for the mental and spiritual part of the practice.
