My son really enjoyed his class with Chef Colin. It was very organized. I would highly recommend Chef Colin to anyone that is looking for cooking classes.
This was the first time we ever had a personal chef and we can not wait to have him again! We had a lot of food restrictions and everyone loved each course. He catered to our needs and all 7 were thrilled with the experience. The only thing I regret is I never got up from my throne in the dining room to see how he prepared every dish for each of us with amazing presentation. He even gave us a quick cooking class to prepare for our brunch the following day! Highly recommend!
Serge is awesome! He has so much fun energy, is very knowledge and does a great job sharing all his knowledge with his students. The environment that He creates is great. Its very intimate with a small class size so that everyone is included and gets plenty of hands on time. The dishes He choose were spectacular and He even sends you home with printed out versions of the recipes. At no point during the class did I ever feel/ think to myself "i could never do this at home" He really brings everything down to a level where even the least experienced cook can understand and leave the class being able to apply all the skills that they learned that day. He makes cooking fun and easy, and instills confidence in his students make dishes that I normally would have strayed away from at home thinking that they were too complicated. I would highly recommended checking out a few of his classes, especially if you're looking for a fun night out with some friends!

I took two cooking classes with Ana. For someone like me, who feels as comfortable in the kitchen as in outer space, my experience with Ana was eye-opening. She teaches with patience, care, and attention to detail. Her good humor helped me relax through the preparation of a three-course dinner... Twice!! I feel more confident in my kitchen, and now I dare to experiment with more than scrambled eggs. Thank you, Ana!
Brian hosted a supper club meal, and everything was amazingly delicious. The food kept coming, from appetizers to main courses to dessert. It was all amazing! There were a lot of people and he seemed calm and collected throughout. I would hire Brian for any event in a minute.
